Charming little hotel with quirks
This family-run hotel boasts a prime location and good attention to detail. Providing local tips and a cozy atmosphere. Each morning, we enjoyed a customizable breakfast with unique homemade desserts.

I enjoyed the comfortable bed, the tea and the room not being too small. The breakfast was very good although the breakfast hall was rather small.
The walls were very thin and noise from the neighbouring room disturbed my sleep. Better sound proofness please!

Something you might like to consider
The hotel's central location made exploring a delight, with friendly staff that genuinely were pretty good too provide sightseeing tips.
Room sizes were smaller than expected, making movement a bit restricted, particularly with large luggage.

This is the best local owned hotel I have ever stayed in. The staff is exceptionally helpful and they helped me feel like a local. It is a great location for shopping in the pedestrian area, and visiting the church, park, and spas. Internet was free and they had free calling to many countries.

They had a variety of pillows so you could choose the one that suited your needs :-)!!
Parking. We had to park over in the casino parking lot. They had a "deal" with the casino, but it still cost 12 euros.

The central location made exploring a delight. Staff really went the extra mile in providing sightseeing tips and even researched winery visits for us. Breakfast options were impressively varied with fresh coffee served!
Parking can be a hassle. We faced some confusion regarding fees.

Convenient location, personal and professional service which I prefer to larger hotel chains. Room was simple, clean and very comfortable, quiet inspite of being in town centre. My German is limited but the staff spoke good English and were always helpful. Excellent buffet breakfast.

We especially liked the service of the hotel staff; they were always pleasant and helpful. They answered questions we had during our stay and offered little services that made the stay special and so much more convenient than other hotels. As the weather was very warm while we were there, we also greatly appreciated the air-conditioned rooms; several of our other hotels didn't have air-conditioned rooms available. Also, the free internet access was a special bonus that few of our other hotels offered.
The only problem was walking several blocks for free parking for the car, but that is to be expected in the prime downtown location of the hotel. Most of the time we only had to access the car for day trips to other towns or sites, since much of historic Wiesbaden was within walking distance or we could use public transportation.

Unique family-owned charm with thoughtful amenities.
First off, I was appalled to find that the reception was closed upon our arrival, leaving us stranded outside for two hours with no notice whatsoever. The noise from the street was unbearable, disrupting our sleep patterns throughout the night. The trash containers right at the entrance created a foul smell which was off-putting and unwelcoming.

In every business you have to put your soul in what you are doing. The staff along with the manager realised this and gave us a memorable 3 days of stay.

The staff were lovely, very friendly, helpful and attentive to our needs. The breakfast was wonderful -- so many choices and such good food. Our room was quiet most of the time, very clean, very comfortable.
We were on the fifth floor in room 51, and the hall was quite noisy. I wonder if you could put some sound dampening tiles in the hallway. Every time someone opened a door, it was quite noisy.
